The Practice

The boring bit, done fast. Then the work that matters.

One senior bench, a handful of named services. Each one is a recognisable shape of work, named in plain English, scoped before it starts. Most relationships begin with the Survey. The endpoint of every engagement is that you do not need us to keep the estate running.

The boring bit, done fast

Something wrong gets put right.

Moving or repairing a platform is necessary work, not valuable work in itself. We get it out of the way quickly, with senior engineers on the work and an AI-extended method doing the mechanical lift. These are the routes in.

An AI-extended method does the mechanical lift; senior engineers keep the judgement. Old and new run in parallel until the new is load-bearing. See how, inside the Banyan Method.

The work that matters

What the estate does for the customer.

A sound platform is the floor, not the achievement. When the estate is sound and the goal is growth, these are the relationships that grow what it does: new journeys, conversational discovery, AI search, personalisation, shipped in your brand. This is the part worth doing.

How they connect

One bench. Different shapes.

The services are not silos. A Recovery often routes into a Banyan Method move; a Banyan Method move ends at sovereignty and may hand off to Canopy or grow into a Grove partnership; a Survey precedes almost everything. You are never obligated to continue, because sovereignty is the point.

Tell us where the estate is today. We will point you at the right work, whether that is putting something right or building what comes next.
