QSLD: being ubiquitous
Problem
QSLD is a cutting-edge design company based in Paris delivering innovative creations to luxury industry. They opened new offices in Geneva and Tampa, FL in addition to their Paris headquarters. They were struggling exchanging files between offices, and were lacking a central repository for all their creations to allow faster sales cycles.
Solution
TBSCG took over QSLD emails, FTP and network management, and hosted QSLD unified repository in Autonomy MediaBin.

Hosted Microsoft Exchange system:
- QSLD downgraded their expensive internet leased line to a business ADSL one – as they don’t host their email servers themselves anymore.
- Mailboxes are available seamlessly on desktops, laptops, smartphones and webmail.
Hosted MediaBin solution:
- MediaBin is hosted at TBSCG hosting center in London
- It consolidates all design history of QSLD, and it available 24/7 for sales people to prepare their presentations worldwide
- It is also used as an off-site backup
Network management
- TBSCG and QSLD networks are connected through VPN tunnels o QSLD multiple offices in Paris, Tampa, NYC and Geneva are unified in a single virtual network, so users in Paris can print on a professional ink-jet printer in Tampa for instance.
