Tbscg initially engaged with Bucks County Council to provide assistance with the implementation of the WCM solution. Explanations.
It became apparent during this process, that Bucks CC was not resourced appropriately to take on the ongoing maintenance of the Teamsite and MediaBin environment. Tbscg introduced them to their Remote Support Subscription service. The subscription provides full support for all Autonomy based solutions in their environment.
In 2008 Bucks CC took the decision to upgrade their existing TeamSite environment to LiveSite. This upgrade included creating a number of site templates and new components to address the councils needs.
