TBSCG initially engaged with Bucks County Council to provide assistance with the implementation of the WCM solution
TBSCG was initially contacted by Bucks County Council to help roll-out a WCM solution.
As the project unfolded, it soon became apparent that Bucks CC did not have the appropriate resources to handle the ongoing maintenance of the Teamsite and MediaBin environments.
TBSCG consequently proposed its Remote Support service, and the Remote Support team now provides full support for all of the Council’s Autonomy solutions.
In 2008, Bucks CC decided to upgrade their existing TeamSite environment and to install LiveSite.
The upgrade, which was carried out with TBSCG’s assistance, notably involved creating a number of site templates and developing specific components to address the Council’s needs.
